One of the primary keys to a successful building project is proper safety and training techniques, and at NuStructures, jobsite safety and proper training techniques is of the utmost importance. It not only demonstrates the protection we provide our employees, it highlights our professionalism and dedication as your building erector. Every NuStructures crew member is trained in all tasks they are expected to perform. Our jobsite supervisor inspects for hazards and equipment safety to ensure our policies are adhered to by all crew members. Fall protection is implemented for all employees exposed to fall hazards of 6’ or greater.

Our employees are trained to recognize and correct safety hazards. This empowers our crew members to perform in the most efficient and effective manner possible. While our erection crew has very little turnover, all new hires are introduced to our safety policies and proper procedures for construction assembly and equipment training.

Jobsite Safety Guidelines

Jobsite safety guidelines set by OSHA must be followed by all steel building companies. As an OSHA 10 Certified erector, you can be assured that the crew members at NuStructures are thoroughly trained in:
